Jamie Caporosso

I started Powerlftting in High School. Way back in 1990. The addiction to getting stronger came fast even though the total hasn't. heh heh. Mostly lifting in what was the ADFPA and a strong believer in lifting RAW. Well, that has sense changed. Even if you lift RAW I think a lifter should use equipment to help their lifts. I have found that it really helps over come intimidation of the big weights while also forcing you to use all of the same stabilization muscles. Not to mention it is part of the sport. You wouldn't play hockey without ice skates would you? My current comp lifts are Squat 625, Bench 605, Deadlift 555. That is pretty much my best lifts to date except for my best Dead ever 585.
