XXX Powerlifting is a team of individuals dedicated to the science and practice of getting stronger. Primarily powerlifting. XXX evolved from an hand full of powerlifters training in Howell. We lifted under the name Bucktooth Skulls for a while, utilizing the Marvel Comics Punisher Logo on our T-shirts when we competed. In 2006 we decided on a name change that we felt, reflected something a little more serious. Team mates have come and gone but will always reamain a part of the team.
We train at Howell Fitness Center in Howell Michigan. We train Tuesday Dynamic Effort Squat, Wednesday DE Bench, Friday Max Effort Squat, Dead, or Good Morning at 4:30pm and Sunday Max Effort Bench at 10am.
